Shannon Coulson, APRN, AGPCNP, PMHNP. Owner
Shannon is a board certified Adult Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, and owner of Bodhi Wellness, LLC. Shannon has worked in a variety of inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as telemedicine. Her background includes cardiac and neurological ICU and internal medicine.
Shannon started Bodhi Wellness in April 2025 after losing her son Bodhi unexpectedly to SIDS in June 2023. She believes in a mind, body, and spirit connective approach with the integration of medication management, therapy, and alternative approaches in mental health care. Shannon specializes in grief, trauma, and loss, along with many other mental health disorders.

Asia Scaife, PA-C Licensed in Maryland and Virginia
Asia Scaife, PA-C, is a compassionate Physician Assistant who genuinely loves what she does, helping people feel their best, mentally and physically. With extensive experience in telemedicine, she specializes in mental health care, medical weight loss, and personalized hormone therapy, bringing both clinical expertise and a warm, welcoming approach to every patient interaction.
Whether she's providing a safe and judgment-free space for psychiatric concerns, guiding someone through their weight loss journey with tailored medication therapy, or helping a patient find balance and vitality through personalized hormone therapy, Asia is committed to making sure every patient feels heard, valued, and truly cared for. She believes that great healthcare is built on trust, open communication, and a genuine partnership between patient and provider.
When she's not caring for patients, you'll likely find Asia exploring a new corner of the world, soaking up different cultures, trying local cuisines, and embracing everything that makes each place unique. That same sense of curiosity and openness is something she brings into every patient relationship.

Mackenzie Rourke, MA, NCC, LPC
Mackenzie is a compassionate and client-centered Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who enjoys working with children, teens, and adults. She specializes in treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and also support clients navigating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and depression. With experience in crisis work, she's here to support you through both overwhelming moments and everyday challenges.
Her approach is collaborative and tailored to you, drawing from evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT, along with practical, skills-based strategies. She strives to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported, while also helping you build tools to manage emotions, handle stress, and move forward in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Nick Whited, LPC Licensed in Virginia
Nick is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with 25 years of experience providing compassionate, person-centered counseling to a diverse range of clients.
