We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Virginia and/or Maryland to provide telehealth psychotherapy services for adult patients.
This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexibility, autonomy, and the support of an established practice without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments
Provide individual psychotherapy to adult patients via telehealth
Develop individualized treatment plans
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches
Complete timely and accurate documentation within the EHR
Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Virginia and/or Maryland LPC or LCSW license
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Experience treating adult mental health conditions
Comfortable providing telehealth services
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
Compensation
1099 Independent Contractor
Competitive per-session compensation
Potential earnings up to $150,000 annually
Compensation based on completed patient visits
